How much does it cost?
The standard level of service which allows you to download a maximum of two wish lists per month or 40 full interim management details is free of charge.
Our model is to charge interim managers an annual subscription for joining execs4hire. Therefore we will never charge recruitment agencies or employers for the standard level of service.
How exactly do I find a candidate?
Once logged into your account click ‘search candidates’. This will bring up a dynamic search box which enables you to type any words that related to the sector or skill that you wish to specify for a candidate. Our intelligent searching will know what are you looking for as you type to narrow down the search fields.
Once you find the sector or skill you require simply ‘add’ to your criteria. Once you have your desired criteria click ‘search’ to bring back the results from the database.
What is a wish list?
A wish list is a feature that enables you to group candidates together for consideration of a specific interim role. You will have to submit a wish list to execs4hire if you wish to view the full contact details of a candidate.
A standard user can download 2 wish lists a month that can each contain up to 20 candidates.

How do I interact with a candidate?
execs4hire is an online matching service. We provide the vehicle for you to reach interim candidates, how you choose to interact with them is entirely up to you.
