Interim Management without frontiers
Born out of the recession of the late 90s and for many years the preserve of the private sector, latest research (Ipsos/MORI) shows a substantial increase in the use interim managers in the public sector - up 20% in just 12 months. The public sector now accounts for 45% of interim activity, a far cry from the end of 2007 when 75% of all interim posts resided within the private sector.
